Event Cultural Festival

Festival de la Cultura is a Hispanic cultural festival based in Bastrop, Texas. As a brand-new event, its mission was to unite the Hispanic community with the broader Central Texas area through a celebration of culture, music, and art.

Project Objective

Our goal was to create a stellar inaugural event featuring a star-studded lineup of Hispanic artists from Central Texas. We focused on branding, project management, and marketing through both digital and traditional channels to ensure wide-reaching success.

Solution

We created a vibrant, culturally rich brand for Festival de la Cultura, using bold designs to stand out from other events. To build credibility, we secured sponsorships from major brands like Toyota and Univision. We also booked award-winning artists, local talent, and schools to enhance the festival’s appeal and community impact. Additionally, we partnered with a nonprofit to provide valuable resources to the Hispanic community.

Results & Impact

The Festival de la Cultura was a tremendous success, drawing over 5,000 visitors, 65 vendors, and 14 performing artists. In addition, the event provided health services and information to hundreds of families, gained recognition from three area Chambers of Commerce, and supported local schools and performing arts programs. The positive reception has led city and county officials, as well as prominent local business owners, to pledge support in expanding the festival in the future.
