Due to our project workflow canceling a project will come with a cost. We do not build out your project based on hours. We build to get you launched. So if you decide to cancel, we must receive a two-week notice, and project fees will still apply depending on where your project is within the current workflow.

All clients and projects are different. We are not an express agency. Everything we do is based on respecting the process and doing things right the first time.

For project-based clients, timelines are defined in our project overview proposal.

For retainer clients, each project is given a workflow based on agreed deliverables. We believe in planning and communication, so we meet the deadline.

Yes! We do offer payment plans. 

Option 1: 33% deposit payable at the beginning of your project and then your final balance split into 3 monthly payments with a 3.5% carry fee.

Option 2: 33% deposit payable at the beginning of your project and then your final balance split into 5 monthly payments with a 5.5% carry fee.

You have 3 days after agreement is signed. If you are unsure, please take more time to decide before starting. Once you become a CG client we go all in so work begins once your first payment is received.
